Jessica Guzzo joined the firm in 2022, bringing with her civil litigation experience. Prior to joining Kosakoff Cataldo, Ms. Guzzo worked with Legal Aid on a variety of civil litigation cases, including family law, housing, and public benefit matters. She also has extensive experience in foreclosure defense, as she worked as a paralegal in a boutique law firm for almost five years before attending law school. Ms. Guzzo received her Juris Doctor degree from William Mary Law School in 2022, and served as a staff member of the William Mary Law School Bill of Rights Journal. She also spent a semester with the Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic, where she obtained a variety of VA benefits for numerous clients. Ms. Guzzo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York, Albany in 2015 where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
